INDIA ALL SET TO ROLL OUT 51.6 CRORE VACCINES BY JULY

Coalition Health Minister Harsh Vardhan said in a speech with the health ministers of Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh that vaccine production is increasing to meet growing demand.

Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan said on Saturday that by the end of July, the vaccine dose administered by India will reach 5160 million.

It has provided more than 180 million jabs to beneficiaries so far.

While talking to the health ministers of Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh, Mr. Harsh Vardhan stated that vaccine production is increasing to meet growing demand.

Vaccine production continues to grow to meet the growing demand, and the vaccines currently produced continue to be distributed fairly and quickly shipped to states and Union Territories.

"By the end of July, our dose will reach Rs 51.6 crore, including 18 crore that have already been injected. The Sputnik has been approved. He said that with the new vaccine approved by the Zydus Cadila of the Indian Institute of Serology, Rattle’s Novavax, Bharat Biotechs, Genova’s nasal and mRNA vaccines will revamp the use of COVID vaccine to 2.16 billion doses between August and December,” he said.
